Liability for Left-Turn Motorcycle Accidents
Inaccurately judging the distance of an approaching vehicle or motorcycle can lead to serious injury accidents and death. However, while the cause this accident has not been determined by the Riverside County Sheriff's Department, the family members of the victim would be well-advised to speak to an experienced Norco personal injury lawyer.
If evidence and/or witness statements allow police officials to determine that driver negligence caused or contributed to this fatal accident, a compassionate and caring attorney who has handled numerous wrongful death claims can assist the family members in protecting their legal rights and recovering the maximum compensation for their devastating loss and any financial burdens this tragedy may have placed on them. Compensation in a wrongful death claim can include funeral and burial expenses, anticipated earnings and benefits, loss of love, care, affection, and companionship.
