Pedestrian Accident Wrongful Death Liability
The accident on November 25th remains under investigation by the California Highway Patrol. However, based on the information provided by The Press-Enterprise and 10 News, it is unclear why the pedestrian was crossing the road. It is also not evident whether or not the drivers could have prevented or avoided the crash.
Therefore, in complex fatal accidents such as this one, the victim's family would be well-advised to speak to a Riverside wrongful death attorney to discuss their legal rights.
