Woman Killed in Menifee Pedestrian Accident

RIVERSIDE COUNTY -- A 41-year-old Sun City woman was struck by a vehicle in the city of Menifee at about 11:30 p.m. Thursday, The Press-Enterprise reported. The woman, Crystal Stevens, was tragically hit by a vehicle as she was walking on McCall Boulevard, just near Sherman Road. Stevens was then taken to Inland Valley Regional Medical Center in Wildomar, where she later died Friday afternoon.

Teenager Injured in Menifee Pedestrian Accident

RIVERSIDE COUNTY -- A teenager was tragically struck by a car in Menifee at about 5:47 p.m. Tuesday, The Press-Enterprise reported. The 16-year-old teenager from Menifee, was walking north on Encanto Drive near McLaughlin Road, when the teenager was hit by a full-size Dodge truck traveling on the northbound lanes. Following the accident, the teenager suffered a broken leg and other unknown injuries, and was taken to a hospital for further treatment.

Based on the reports given by The Press-Enterprise, the cause of this December 13th pedestrian accident is not immediately apparent. Therefore, police officials investigating the terrible incident will try to determine what happened, and who is officially responsible.

Three Injured in Solo Vehicle Accident in Menifee

According to The Press-Enterprise, Vincent Castrejon, 19, of Menifee, was driving a Honda Accord along Antelope Road near Mesa Crest Way at about 6 p.m. Tuesday when he lost control of his vehicle. Castrejon and his two male passengers, both 16 years of age, were injured following the accident. Castrejon and the boy in the back passenger seat sustained moderate injuries, while the boy in the front passenger seat suffered serious injuries. All three were transported to a hospital for further treatment.

The October 4th car accident remains under investigation by the Riverside County Sheriff's Department. Menifee Man Killed in Off-Road Vehicle Rollover Crash

The victim of a fatal off-road crash in Menifee has been identified as Riley Wills, 25, of Menifee. According to reports in the San Bernardino Press-Enterprise, on Wednesday, May 26th at about 6:20 p.m., Wills was driving a Jeep on a dirt trail about 900 feet above a residential neighborhood in the area of McCall Boulevard and Oakhurst Avenue. For unknown reasons, the Jeep slid off the trail and rolled about 400 feet down a steep embankment. According to the Riverside County Sheriff-Coroner, Wills, the sole occupant of the vehicle, was ejected and died at the scene of the crash.

Two Killed, One Critically Injured in Sun City Crash

Two people died and one person was injured May 14th in a crash in Sun City, police reported. The fatal Riverside County accident occurred near the intersection of Sherman Road and Mapes Road at about 7:40 p.m. Friday, the Riverside County Sheriff's Department said in a press release. Perris Police officers dispatched to the scene of the crash discovered a pickup truck had been travelling southbound on Sherman Road when the driver of the vehicle lost control and struck a large tree. The driver of the pickup truck, Antonio Esparza, 22, of Perris, died at the scene of the crash. Another passenger, Francisco Esparza, 24, was taken to Menifee Valley Medical Center, where he died. A third passenger was hospitalized in critical condition.

Cause of the Crash

The cause of this May 14th Menifee crash is still under investigation. Sheriff's officials have asked anyone with information about the crash to call the Perris Police Department Traffic Division at (951)210-1000.

19-Year-Old Hemet Woman Killed in SUV Rollover Crash

A 19-year-old Hemet woman died early Sunday morning after she lost control of her sport utility vehicle on Domenigoni Parkway at Lindenberger Road in Menifee, authorities reported. The April 25th accident was reported shortly after 4 a.m. According to reports, the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, identified as Rachel Culp, lost control of her vehicle for unknown reasons and struck a light pole before her vehicle overturned. Culp was taken to Menifee Valley Medical Center, where she died shortly before 7 a.m.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call Deputy Howe at the Menifee Police Department Traffic Division at (951) 210-1000.
