Pedestrian Struck and Killed by Car in Jurupa Valley
RIVERSIDE COUNTY - A woman identified as Adelina Gonzalez, 45, of Riverside, was fatally struck by a vehicle Monday night, The Press-Enterprise reports. Gonzalez was attempting to cross the street on Mission Boulevard, west of Pedley Road, in Jurupa Valley when she was hit by an SUV at about 6:06 p.m. Details regarding how this accident occurred and the identity of the driver were not immediately released.

The accident on January 16th remains under investigation by the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.
