Two Men Killed in Hacienda Heights Crash
LOS ANGELES - The San Gabriel Valley Tribune reported Aaron Scott Ham, 27, and Fernando Cortez, 24, both died at the scene of a solo vehicle accident Saturday morning in Hacienda Heights. The accident was reported at 8:45 a.m. on Turnbull Canyon Road, just west of Skyline Drive. According to a CHP statement, Ham was driving westbound at an unknown speed when for unknown reasons, his vehicle went off the side of the road and came to rest about 300 feet down an embankment. Anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to call the CHP Santa Fe Springs office at (562)858-0503. The cause of the July 16th double fatal accident remains under investigation.
