Palm Springs Pedestrian Accident Wrongful Death Liability

While it is not immediately apparent what caused this collision to happen, it would be well-advised for the family of the victim to contact a Palm Springs personal injury lawyer to discuss their legal rights in a wrongful death claim. An attorney experienced in fatal pedestrian accidents in Riverside County, can ensure the family's rights are protected, and advise them the best option to recover compensation for the tragic loss of their loved one, including funeral and burial expenses, loss of love, care, affection, and companionship.
