RIVERSIDE COUNTY -- According to The Press-Enterprise, the owner of Duke's Steakhouse was arrested Tuesday morning on felony charges of sexually assaulting female employees. The owner of the Hemet steakhouse, Mouris Ghipriel, 55, is being charged with sexual penetration by force, false imprisonment, kidnapping to commit rape, assault to commit rape, and sexual battery.
A six-week investigation lead to an arrest due to former employees accusations. Hemet police Lt. Duane Wisehart believes that in a case such as this, there may be more victims.
