Car Accident Wrongful Death Liability

Based on the limited information provided by news reports, it is not clear who may be at fault for this horrific collision. Therefore, after a fatal accident like this October 27th accident, family members of the victim would be well-advised to contact a California car accident lawyer to discuss their legal rights in a wrongful death claim. An skilled and competent attorney who has handled fatal incidents such as this one, can help the family determine who may be responsible for the crash, and decide the best course of action to recover the maximum compensation for funeral/burial costs, future anticipated lifetime earnings and benefits, loss of love, car, affection, and companionship.
