An attorney who is an avid cyclist and understands the challenges cyclists face both on the roads and in the aftermath of an accident, can help the victim protect his legal rights to hold the driver and any other responsible parties financially liable for the damages that resulted following the collision. If the victim or his family decides to pursue a personal injury claim, the attorney can also help the cyclist recover the maximum compensation he would be entitled to for medical care expenses, lost earnings, pain and suffering, and other damages relating to this Chino bicycle accident.
