Bicycle Accident Wrongful Death Liability

Following a fatal cycling accident such as this October 8th bicycle accident in Chino Hills, the family members of the cyclist would be well-advised to speak to an experienced and knowledgeable San Bernardino bicycle accident lawyer. An attorney who is also an avid cyclist understands the challenges cyclists face both on the roads, and in the aftermath of an accident. Therefore, while the accident remains under investigation, the attorney can advise the family of their legal rights to hold the responsible parties financially liable for the devastating damages that resulted following the bicycle accident. Compensation in a wrongful death claim can include and are not limited to funeral/burial costs, lost earnings, loss of love, care, affection, and companionship.
