Accidents involving pedestrians and automobiles can cause serious injuries and/or death to anyone involved. Children who are struck by vehicle are highly susceptible to being injured or killed in pedestrian accidents because they are smaller and harder to see. Therefore, while the investigation of this accident is ongoing, family members of the child would be well-advised to contact a skilled Pomona personal injury lawyer. A knowledgeable attorney who has the experience in complex pedestrian accidents such as this one, can advise the family of their legal rights to hold the party or parties responsible for the child's injuries, and decide the best course of action to recover the maximum compensation. Compensation in a personal injury claim can include and are not limited to medical care expenses, pain and suffering, and disfigurement.
