The man, Dong Hwan Ihn, 81, was walking his Pomeranian dog along Deer Hollow Way, when a black 2011 Mazda 3 struck him and his pet around 7 p.m. According the police officials, the impact was so severe, it shattered the car's windshield. Following the crash, Ihn was taken to Inland Valley Medical Center where he later died due to his injuries at about 9:47 p.m.

The woman, whose name was not released, was walking her pets along the 200 block of East O Street in south Colton, when two dogs, described as American bull dogs, charged and fought her pets, then attacked the woman. According to Colton police, an 11-year-old boy defended his mother by hitting to two dogs with his skateboard.

Following this tragic incident, the woman sustained several bites on her chest and on one of her legs. She was then transported to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton for further treatment. Man Seriously Killed and Another Injured in Ventura Freeway Crash in Burbank

LOS ANGELES COUNTY -- According to the Los Angeles Times, a 55-year-old Long Beach man was struck and killed at about 10:45 p.m. Saturday. The man, identified as Donald Bishop, was walking back to his vehicle after changing a flat tire on his co-worker's Ford pickup truck when an oncoming vehicle traveling 65 mph on the far right lane of the 134 Freeway in Burbank struck Bishop and his Ford Aerostar. The severe impact of the collision caused the co-worker, Daniel Cukar, 55, to be hit by the flying debris. According to the police, the 27-year-old driver, whose name was not immediately available, was not intoxicated when the accident occurred.

The accident was reported at about 9:35 a.m., when motorcyclist Bill Larson, 53, was riding his off-road bike in Pipes Canyon Wash near Yucca Valley and for unknown reasons he lost control and struck a rock. According to the California Highway Patrol, Larson died less than an hour later following the crash.

One Killed, Two Injured in Highway 74 Motorcycle Crash in Lake Elsinore

The accident occurred at about 1:45 p.m. Sunday, when William James Kaucky, 39, of Anaheim, was reported to be traveling east at a high speed on his 2009 Kawasaki motorcycle and then for unknown reasons, he drove off the opposite side of the road and struck an embankment. The impact of the collision caused Kaucky to be thrown off his bike and into the eastbound lane where he was hit by another motorcycle, driven by a 44-year-old man from Riverside. This collision then caused the Riverside man to be thrown off his 2007 Suzuki.

Following the second collision, a third motorcyclist in a 2011 Honda, was able to avoid this accident when he laid down his bike as he was approaching the crash. According to authorities, Kaucky died at the scene, the Riverside man sustained major injuries and was transported to Inland Valley Regional Medical Center in Wildomar, and the 22-year-old was treated for abrasions.

The bicyclist, Vernon Slade, 74, of Moreno Valley, was riding along the 13100 block of Heacock Street at about 3:27 a.m. when he was hit by a Dodge Ram pickup traveling north on Heacock. Following this devastating collision, Slade was taken to Riverside County Regional Medical Center where he later died due to his injuries.

Two Pedestrians Fatally Struck by Car in Anaheim

ORANGE COUNTY -- Two pedestrians were killed Saturday morning after being hit by a car in Anaheim, OC Register reports. The pedestrians, a man and woman, were struck by a Cheverolet Astro van at about 4:10 a.m. in the 1600 block of South Harbor Boulevard. A boy, under the age of 18, told police officers he was the driver of the van. According to Sgt. Bob Dunn of the Anaheim Police Department, several others are believed to be present in the van at the time of the collision, however, those occupants fled before police arrived. Following the accident, the two pedestrians were reported to have died at the scene and police are determining whether alcohol was involved. The identities of the individuals involved in this horrible collision were not immediately available.
