RIVERSIDE COUNTY -- A 47-year-old Banning man was arrested Monday afternoon for molesting a 2-year-old relative, The Press-Enterprise reports. The girl's mother came to the Banning apartment at about 2 p.m. in the 700 block of West Nicolet Street where she saw the man molesting her daughter. The mother, whose name was not released, confronted the man before he left the apartment. The man, identified as Antonio Garcia, fled from police, but was later found in the 600 block of West Ramsey Street. Garcia was arrested and book at the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility on suspicion of oral copulation of a child under 10 years old.
