Cause of the Temecula Motorcycle Accident
The cause of the September 28th Riverside County motorcycle accident remains under investigation. Based on the information provided by the Murrieta Patch it is unclear why this collision happened. If news reports are accurate, it appears that the motorcyclist could have likely done nothing to avoid the collision. Law enforcement investigators will surely look at speed, the location of the vehicles where the collision occurred, in determining what happened, and who was ultimately responsible.
Motorcycle Accident Personal Injury Liability
Left-turn or U-turn collisions involving motorcycles are a relatively common type of collision, and sometimes are attributed to the driver looking for other cars - and not motorcycles - before making a turn. If the driver of the Mitsubishi pulled directly into the path of the oncoming motorcycle, she may be responsible for the serious injuries the motorcyclist suffered. Following a serious injury collision such as this September 28th crash on Jefferson Avenue, the injured victim or his family members would be well-advised to consult with an experienced and knowledgeable Temecula personal injury attorney. A skilled Riverside motorcycle accident lawyer can advise the victim and his family of their best course of action to recover maximum compensation for medical care expenses, lost earnings, pain and suffering, and other damages.
