Man Seriously Injured in Victorville Hit-And-Run Car Accident

bear valley road.pngSAN BERNARDINO COUNTY -- A man was seriously injured in a hit-and-run automobile accident in Victorville at about 3:04 p.m. Sunday, The San Bernardino County Sun reports. The man, Glen Lively, 32, of Victorville, was traveling west on Bear Valley Road near Cypress Avenue when he broadsided a vehicle who either turned left in front of him or pulled in front of his car while crossing Bear Valley. The driver of the other vehicle, which investigators believe to be a tan or gold Toyota Camry or Volvo, was reported to have fled the scene of the accident. Following this devastating collision, Lively was taken to Desert Valley Hospital and then flown to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton where he is listed in critical condition.

Based on the information provided by news reports, it appears the unknown driver who pulled in front of Lively's vehicle and did not stop after the collision may be at fault.
