Cause of the Lakeland Village Hit-And-Run Pedestrian Accident

It is unclear what caused the driver to have struck the pedestrian and flee from scene. But, regardless of why this Lakeland Village accident occurred, the driver of the vehicle should have remained at the location where the collision took place until law enforcement arrived. Hit-And-Run Wrongful Death Liability

While the investigation of this accident is ongoing, the family of the victim would be well-advised to contact an experienced and knowledgeable Riverside wrongful death lawyer. A skilled attorney who has handled claims involving pedestrian accidents can help the victim's family understand their legal rights, and may be able to assist authorities to locate the driver. However, if the driver is not located, an attorney can also help the family with a compensation claim against the victim's insurance policy for funeral and burial expenses, future anticipated earnings, loss of love, care, and companionship, and other damages relating to this tragic pedestrian accident.
