Pedestrian Accident Personal Injury Liability
Following a serious injury pedestrian accident such as this July 24th incident on Grand Avenue, the parents of the injured teens would be well-advised to consult with an experienced California pedestrian accident attorney. A lawyer who understands the unique legal issues of intersection accidents and collisions that occur in marked crosswalks can help the injured victims protect their legal rights to recover maximum compensation for their medical expenses, pain and suffering, and other damages. In the event that the driver was uninsured or underinsured, a lawyer can also evaluate the families' rights and options to possibly pursue an injury claim against their own insurance holder.
