HOLLYWOOD - A pedestrian was struck and killed early Monday morning near the Hollywood Boulevard and Highland Avenue intersection, the Los Angeles Times reported. The accident was reported at 4:48 a.m., when a man in his 30's or 40's was struck by a taxi travelling northbound on Highland Avenue. The man, who was not identified, died at the scene of the June 13th accident. The cause of the fatal Los Angeles pedestrian accident remains under investigation by the LAPD.
