Fontana Pedestrian Accident Personal Injury Liability

In any car vs. pedestrian accident, police will look at numerous factors, including the speed of the vehicle, the location of the pedestrian in the road, and who had the right-of-way. If it is determined the driver of the car was responsible, the injured pedestrian may have legal rights to financial compensation for medical expenses and pain and suffering. In situations such as this one, it would absolutely be advisable for the parents of the injured teenager to speak to a California pedestrian accident attorney about the accident, fault and liability issues, and the victim's rights to compensation for injury-related expenses and pain and suffering.
