Bicycle Accident Personal Injury Liability
If the driver of the car is determined to be partly or completely responsible for this accident, he may be liable for the very serious injuries sustained by the cyclist. After accidents such as this December 20th accident, where the cause of a major injury collision is not clear, the family members of the victim would be well-advised to contact a Los Angeles bicycle accident lawyer about the incident and the victim's legal rights. An experienced personal injury lawyer can advise the victim and his family about their rights to financial compensation for medical care and treatment, lost earnings, pain and suffering, and other related injuries.
