SUV Rollover Accident Personal Injury Liability

In California, if a SUV rollover accident is caused by a defect in a vehicle, or a vehicle part, such as a defective tire, injured victims may be entitled to compensation from the manufacturer of the vehicle or vehicle part. In rollover accidents such as this one, accident victims and their families are well-advised to consult with an experienced and knowledgeable California SUV rollover accident attorney. A lawyer can review the cause of the accident and advise the victims of any legal rights they may have to compensation for their injuries, including medical expenses, lost earnings, pain and suffering, and other related damages.
