The news report of this accident provided very limited details as to what happened and who was responsible. In situations where the cause of a major injury collision is unclear, the injured victims (or their families) would be well-advised to seek a consultation with a qualified and experienced Riverside personal injury attorney. A lawyer can look at the accident report and advise the victims of whether they may be entitled to financial compensation for their injuries, including medical care costs and expenses, lost earning or wages due to not being able to work, and pain and suffering as a result of injuries sustained in an accident.
