Bicycle Accident Personal Injury Liability

If witness accounts of the collision are accurate, the driver is likely responsible for causing the accident and may be liable for the injuries sustained by the cyclist. In situations such as this one, while the cause of an accident is under investigation, it would be advisable for the victim to contact a knowledgeable California bicycle accident lawyer as soon as possible. A skilled attorney can help the victim understand and protect his legal rights following this incident, and help him recover the maximum financial compensation he may be entitled to for his injuries, including medical expenses, lost earnings, pain and suffering, and other related expenses.
