405 Freeway Accidents and Personal Injury Liability
People are seriously injured every day in accidents on southern California freeways. For every person that dies in an accident, about 70 people are injured. When another driver's negligent actions cause a crash, injured victims may be entitled to monetary damages. After a car accident such as this one on the 405 Freeway, injured victims (the not-at-fault parties) are well-advised to consult with a Los Angeles personal injury lawyer about their legal rights to compensation for medical expenses, lost earnings, and pain and suffering. A skilled lawyer can help the victims understand and protect their rights and recover the maximum compensation they are entitled to.
