The man was identified as Pablo Larios. According to the San Bernardino Press-Enterprise, the rollover crash was reported at 11:15 p.m. on Interstate 15 near Main Street. Cause of the Crash and Liability Issues

Based on the limited information provided in news reports, what caused this fatal May 24th accident is not clear. At this point, there are more questions than answers as to what happened. Hopefully the investigation by law enforcement will reveal exactly what caused this crash.

If it is determined that a defect in the vehicle or a dangerous road condition caused this crash or the death it resulted in, the manufacturer of the vehicle or the agency responsible for maintaining the road could be responsible. While this accident is still under investigation, the family of the victim killed in this Interstate 15 crash would be well-advised to speak with a Riverside wrongful death attorney about this accident and who was responsible. Compensation in a wrongful death claim can include money for funeral expenses, anticipated future earnings of the decedent, and loss of love, care and companionship.
