Off-Road Accidents and Wrongful Death Liability
Just like accidents on streets and highways, off-road accidents have countless causes. They may be caused by dangerous roadway conditions, vehicle defects, and tire failures, or they may caused by the driver. In any fatal accident where it is not clear why a crash occurred, the family members of the decedent are well-advised to contact a wrongful death lawyer who can arrange to have the vehicle and accident location independently inspected. If this accident was caused by a manufacturing defect in the jeep or its tires, or a dangerous road condition, the family of the victim may be entitled to financial compensation from whoever is responsible for the loss of their loved one in a wrongful death claim.
