Who Was At Fault?
Based on the limited information about this accident, it is not clear why this accident occurred. Authorities will determine whether the driver was speeding, distracted, under the influence of alcohol or otherwise driving recklessly, or if something else happened to cause this fatal accident that was outside of the driver's control.
If the SUV rollover crash occurred as a result of a defect in the vehicle, or a dangerous roadway condition, the victim's family may be entitled to compensation in a wrongful death claim. While the April 25th Menifee accident remains under investigation, the family of the victim would be well-advised to talk to a California wrongful death attorney about the cause of the accident and their legal rights. An attorney can review the accident reports and arrange to have the vehicle inspected to see if there is any indication of malfunction or defect.
